And what can we say about you? Sure the market ballooned in the last 4 years, but $26,000 more than our asking price- an asking price we would have been completely satisfied with? More importantly, you're gifted in working with people- never once did we feel treated as if moving the house was your only concern. You answered every little question and did so much legwork (getting forms collected, signed, meeting with us, running the open house etc). I understand that a big multiple offer situation makes some things easier, but it takes work and skill to create that situation in the first place, and we recognize that.
